  • H.O.D’s Backgrounds ie, Worked for famous Chefs or famous Restaurants
  • Any accolades ie, AA rosettes, Michelin Star, Hotel of the Year, Voted best restaurant in area, best Employer in the Area.
  • Local Attractions ie, Theme Parks, Major sporting events, Peak/Lake District.
  • Employee Benefits
  • Brief description of the hotel and surroundings.
  • Website if any

This then gives us key selling points, to pitch to your selected candidates. It also gives them enough information to prepare for a constructive interview.

So before you interview your selected candidates you know.
